Business Scenario

An organization is tracking sales in 2 transactional tables (Sales Orders, Returns). The objective is to accumulate history and visualize sales by region, product, segment, customer, time. We need easy to deploy self service BI tools with simple drag and drop, drill down and filtering capabilities.

Proposed Solution  

Set up Dashboards and Storyboards for Sales Analysis and forecasts (SAP Lumira connected to SAP BW/4HANA).  


The solution is designed in BW/4HANA with a data flow for Sales Orders combined together with Sales Returns. The corresponding transactional ADSOs are connected in a Composite Provider. On top of the Composite provider we have created a Query that is exposed to various BO front end tools.
